At Flashion Statement, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide outstanding customer service. Our return policy differs between Customized Products and Ready-to-Ship (Non-Customized Products) as outlined below.
Customized Products
Customized items are made-to-order and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or you receive the wrong product.
- If your custom product is defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- We may request photos of the defect or ask you to return the item for inspection.
- If the item is confirmed defective, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
- Shipping damage needs to be reported within 2 business days. (see below)
Ready-to-Ship Products (Non-Customized)
You may return unused, non-customized items within 10 business days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned after 10 business days
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Return Shipping
- Please contact us before returning any item to receive the return shipping address.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
- If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- Any damage incurred during shipping must be reported within 2 business days.
- To file a claim with the shipping carrier, we require photos of the damaged shipping box, the product, and any visible damage.
- Unfortunately, if we are not notified within this timeframe, we will be unable to offer a refund or replacement for shipping-related damage.
